A thoughtful welcome.
Mara Ellis hosts most sessions at Stillwater. Each one begins with a short walk-through: what will happen, a look at the bowls and the gong, and a check on whether anyone would rather sit than lie down. Ask Mara anything, before the session or after it. The aim is for you to feel at ease in the room and know what comes next.
Mara is a fictional guide created for this concept.
